Community Unit School District will now offer the opportunity for student fees to be paid on-line. You can access this new feature via the Parent Portal or the D300 Home Page.

To pay fees via the D300 Home Page go to http://www.d300.org

§         Click on Parents in the toolbar.

§         Select Online Student Fee Payments.

This selection will bring you to the REVTRAK site.

§         In the upper left corner of the site is Browse.

§         Click on ALL Schools: Pay School Fees.

§         Click on D300 Balance Due: Pay Here.

§         Enter your student’s Last Name and Student ID Number. Your student’s ID can be found on their report card. NOTE: Only students with current balances are in this system. If you enter your student's last name and ID and get a response, Sorry! No matching contact found. Try entering the information again, you do not have a fee balance owed.

§         Click Check Balance. Fees owed may include registration, course fees, fines, and other miscellaneous charges. The detail may be viewed through the Parent Portal feature of Infinite Campus.

§         To pay your fee click: Buy Now. The total balance due must be paid to use this online payment system.

§         Click Go to Checkout

§         Enter your email address

§         Complete the Billing and Payment Info areas

§         Click Verify my info

§         Click Complete Order

§         Print a receipt for your records

This feature may also be viewed through the Parent Portal feature of Infinite Campus.

§         If you are a registered user of Parent Portal simply log into your account.

§         Select the Fees option in the left hand column.

§         Below the fee summary click on the link that says: please click here to pay online.

If you have questions about student fees, please contact your student's school. Fees paid will be updated daily.
